TRANSIENT ROOMS RULES AND REGULATIONS

EGD Residences welcomes you. Please carefully review the following rules and regulations, which apply to all of our guests.

  • We reserve the right to refuse admission or to require a person who has already been admitted to leave the premises without refund or compensation if they fail to comply with any of these rules, engage in unsafe, illegal, or offensive behavior, to ensure the safety, security, or order, or if the circumstances so demand.
  • Guests will be charged per night.
  • Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and the check-out time is 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure.
  • If upon check-in the guest does not specify the duration of his or her stay the hotel will presume it is for one night.
  • The guest must show up before 2 p.m., and then the booking will be canceled if there is no contact from the guest.
  • Only 2 guests are allowed to stay in a room. Children older than 7 years old or the third guest must pay 500 pesos for an extra bed. If the third guest does not wish to pay for an extra bed.  A baby cot can be provided to a child under 2 years old upon request.
  • Bills must be settled by cash or valid credit card,Gcash, and Paymaya. Personal cheques are not accepted.
  • Guests wishing to check out later than 2:00 p.m. are kindly requested to ask for permission from our reception before 12:00 p.m. (subject to room availability, otherwise it will be charged for one additional night.
  • Cancellation of the individual reservation may occur only in written forms and be sent to the hotel via email or phone text messaging.
  • In case of booking, cancellation shall undertake to
    up to 14 days before arrival: no cancellation fees between 14 and 7 days before arrival: 50% of the total reservation
    6 days and less before arrival, no show, and cut-short stays: 100% of the total reservation.
  • Smoking is strictly not allowed in the hotel and the violator is subject to a fine of 2,000 pesos (Two Thousand Philippine pesos).
  • Removing items from guest rooms or moving them to other places on the premises is prohibited. The violator is subject to a fine of up to 5,000 pesos (Five Thousand Philippine pesos).
  • When not being used, do not touch the fire extinguisher.
  • Inviting strangers into the guest rooms, to use the facilities and or amenities is prohibited.
  • For security reasons, the joiner must register at reception before entering the room.
  • Hanging any items in guest room windows that might ruin the beauty of the appearance of our room is/are prohibited.
  • Cooking and/or use of the mini-kitchen in our room (s) is prohibited.
  • Pets are allowed provided that you will pay a 10,000 pesos security deposit.
  • Installation of any foreign item into guest rooms or any part of our building is prohibited.
  • Guests wishing to extend their stay beyond the date given while checking in are kindly asked to inform our reception before 10:00 a.m. on the original departure date.
  • Extension of your stay without reservation is subject to room availability.
  • Gambling or any other behavior that is against public morals in the hallways or guest rooms is prohibited.
  • We highly prefer the serenity inside our residences, and with respect to our neighbors. Therefore no videoke is allowed, unless it is a private event but will be permitted no later than 9 pm onwards.
  • Any damage should be reported to our reception immediately after it becomes apparent.
  • The use of guest rooms or the lobby as an office is prohibited.
    Bringing illegal items, exotic plants, or animals is prohibited.
  • Durian or anything that causes a bad smell is strictly not allowed in the rooms.
  • Guests and also other persons using hotel services are asked to ensure that their behavior does not disturb other guests. Individuals who violate this rule may be denied access to the residences.
  • Guests are expected to properly lock their rooms to prevent unauthorized access.
  • Guests must close and lock the doors, windows, and anti-burglary rolling shutters when leaving their rooms. The Management will not be held liable for any loss or damage to the Guest’s belongings or other property left in the hotel room, locker, or any other part of the hotel for any reason, including theft or embezzlement.
  • Guests are expected to keep all the equipment and furniture in their rooms free from damage.
    Guests shall be liable for any damage or loss of any equipment or furniture in the rooms up to the cost of repair or replacement.
  • Unwashable stains, rips, or tears on linens or towels will be charged to your bill.
  • In case of loss or damage to the key card, 2,500 pesos will be charged to the room bill.
  • Items left behind by a guest will be delivered by post on demand at the guest’s expense to any address specified by the guest. If such items are not specifically requested, the hotel will store them for 15 days before donating them to a charitable organization.
